We had to develop the System Configuration for HPM & SMM for all these Plants.My role was to do the Hardware Panel design for both HPM & ESD/EPS (SMM) & System Configuration design for HPM for all these Plants & also provide PRE-FAT/FAT support for these Plants. Completed conducting FAT at Houston Integration Center for this Project & successfully demonstrated Plant-474 HPM Configuration including Punchlist items.The basic inputs were P&ID’s that were not all that clear. But, as per Valero Project Specific Requirements the Exception Build (EB) files were created for the Hard IO’s (Real IO’s) & also all simple & complex Loops along with Logics were tested at THL, Pune, India. There was also Serial Interface Configuration & also AMCL program to calculate the BIAS (adjustment to flows) parameter for the flow controllers such that the outlet temperatures from all passes become nearly equal as possible, which though being tough was also implemented successfully & demonstrated during FAT at Lockhavan, Houston Integration Center. With this any third party Station having Windows and Internet Explorer loaded onto it, can view the Graphics, History and other related data of the process. Develop and manage geotechnical laboratory testing programs. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure quality of work, exceptional staff performance, and address client concerns and expectations.Actively participate in professional and technical organizations. Will perform other duties as assigned.Work conditions:Travel: work based on site usually requires travel.Working hours: Hours can be very long and as per the Projects requirements basis.Location: It may be anywhere in India as well as in abroad.
