• Report to President HR Head on monthly trainings and post training impact analysis pan India.• Attend leadership meeting for inputs and expertise from L&D perspective.• Facilitate monthly Induction Training, Gold Valuation Training, LOS Training, Health Insurance Product Training, SIP/Mutual Fund Training, Refresher Training, Leadership Training (ILT and VILT).• Manage Regional Trainers• Work closely with Business Head and Product Team in implementing learning agenda for business outcome.• Driving mandatory e-learning course completion for employees across different NBFC business.• Conceptualizing, designing, implementation, and promotion of unique learning events through MoneyVersity LXP (IIFL Learning Experience Platform) and Workplace by Facebook.• Content curation and driving digital adoption through IIFL learning experience platform.• Identify training needs at regular intervals and stakeholder management.
