• Handling Item Master, Customer Master and Vendor/Supplier master for worldwide regions/organizations/warehouses.• Pull multiple reports through Oracle BIEE, Power BI, Salesforce, Alteryx & Agile tools analysis the data to maintain the accuracy, data standards and avoid duplicity.• Work with team to design, develop, document, and deploy consistent global, company-wide data definitions, processes and ownership guidelines for customer, vendors, and item/product data elements in Oracle• Maintaining Customer Database and Supplier (Vendor) Database as a global process.• Maintaining bank accounts, discounts, payment terms and tax classification for Customers & Suppliers.• Data cleansing (Perform data analysis to remove duplicate entries from the database).• DATA MONITORING -Accountable for monitoring data transmission among the tools Oracle & E2Open.• Working with IT to automate the process of Customers & Vendors data in Oracle.• Contributed to CLEAR Project (Perform data analysis to remove duplicate entries from the database and verify customer details thoroughly to prevent fraudulent entry in the database).• Coordinate with different global IT teams to get to the root cause of the problem related to data and solve it quickly in system.• Ensures master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality.• Identifies areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.• Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
