The Third Party Security Assurance Analyst is responsible for performing security assessments,coordinating level two assessments with Security Architects and Application Security Testers, validating compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) and driving remediation of Findings from completed assessments. Additional responsibilities include negotiating Third Party contracts, responding to daily inquiries through a shared mailbox, ensuring third party engagements are properly decommissioned, reporting, meeting with key stakeholders, process documentation, writing requirements for process enhancements and conducting User Acceptance Testing. Worked in Third Party Risk Management role to be an effective contributor. Delivered outcomes, longer-term improvements, and benefits in support of the organization goals.• Develop a Third Party Risk Mgmt. tool in ServiceNow based on inherent risk and migrate data from Archer.• Lead a team of ten members responsible for assessing vendors connecting to Comcast systems. • Conduct security assessments of third parties through defined processes and tools; identify Findings where controls don’t measure up to Comcast Information Security Requirements. • Review and maintain Information Security Requirements and vendor risk assessments to ensure it lines up to Comcast Info Sec Policies.• Drive remediation of findings related to completed Third Party security assessments. • Generated, wrote and reviewed walk-throughs from risk matrixes, flow charts and testing data for Internal Audit in order to ensure the testing of controls was performed accurately.• Played a significant leadership role for a high-responsibility SOCR engagement and was responsible for bi-annual visits to 15 domestic locations to inspect, review and document controls and physical access.• Performed IT General Control and Application Control testing of financially significant applications in support of financial audits.• Tested, validated and reconciled data for a system cut-over from JDE to SAP to produce a memo for Internal Audit.

EHR upgrades and auditing

• Time Management: Managing a list of clients and performing daily checks on content deliveries for each platform. • Communication: Maintaining a relationship with 50 contacts, including Quality Assurance, Mobile Application Development, Engineering, Video Operations, Technical Operations, and Editorial teams, to ensure a quality flow of content. Also tasked with sending out monthly reports to all Streampix, premium providers, and analyzing the report to find trends or missing content.• Proven ability to work in team environment: Facilitating weekly cross-platform meetings with clients and/or support teams to address frequent errors and establish a long term solution. Also, a liaison between IT, CoMPASS, Merlin and Account Managers.
