- Executed various simulation projects including Process path (Spot Weld, Arc Weld, Paint Paths) generation, Reach ability study, OLP (Offline Programming), GSL ( Graphic Simulation Language), Cycle Time Validation (Using RRS- Realistic Robotic Simulation), Tooling (Welding jigs, fixtures), Equipment, EOAT (End of Arm tooling- Weld guns, handling jigs) concept design/ drafting/ kinematics & validation. Executed various simulation projects including offline programming,Creating interference zone, Saferobotmove, OLP,Ergonomics, WeldSpotDistribution, SealerDistribution,LASD,AUBC,UBC,Component fixture study, Online teaching and programming, Quality Checks using Robotic/ Work Cell/ Tooling based checklist.- Defining robot position, gun selection, spot distribution & feasibility, Sealing, LASD, UBC, AUBC, Collision free path creation (Welding, Handling, Gluing, SSW).- Experience as a Design Engineer for BIW assembly lines, which involves Clamping definitions, Jig layout and Equipment designs, Generating detailed 3D designs,Preparing engineering drawings and Manufacturing BOM creation.- Concept Designs for weld fixtures considering material and standart part selection. Load calculations for actuation cylinders.- Fixture Design- Creating manufacturing drawings to ensure smooth production of various components and assemblies incorporating GD&T as per ASME14.5Y and ANSI standards.- BIW Assembly line Innovation & Renovation Projects starting from scratch until final installation & Support for Robotics system during Production.- Cell Layout design, along with providing engineering support while installation, pre-engineering, Robot selection andProcess path generation, Robot Reach study, Weld spot distribution, cycle time validation.- Good work ethics with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently.
