I am a Data Science and Machine Learning (DS & ML) professional with experience in software & pipeline development in biomedical domain and project management-cum-coordination. In the past, I have worked as a machine learning consultant and engineer for several projects in pharmaceutical companies including GSK. Some projects include pipeline development for heterogeneous reconstruction of 3D density maps from CryoEM data using deep learning-based tools. I had also co-led efforts to build in-house biomedical knowledge graphs for Excelra and then used deep learning libraries for use-cases like drug-repurposing and target-identification. During my PhD, I developed graph algorithms to infer protein-protein interactions within large protein assemblies merely from mass measurements of the entire assembly and its respective sub-assemblies. I have been involved in developing DS & ML content and delivered online classes over weekends for working professionals. My hobbies include reading any captivating non-fiction book, teaching, movies, lawn tennis, meditation.
