• Analyze of TEMS measurements (GSM and GPRS) and statistics in order to decide the need of new sites either for traffic, coverage or quality.• Diagnose all RF related problems such as interference, call failures, HO failures, TCH/CCH congestion, bad quality, poor coverage, hardware faults, link imbalance and missing neighbors.• Carrying out Coverage, Quality, Cell Re-selections, and Handovers test to ascertain the design criteria.• Analyzed & identified the FER, KPI, SQI, C/I, throughput and delay in problem areas/cells.• Used MapInfo for site acquisition maps, visualizing drive tests, printing coverage and best server plots.• Optimizing the Macro Cell by allocating proper Neighbors, Handover criteria, Cell Select/ Reselect Criterion, etc.
