I have over seven years of industry experience in software testing and development, and I hold certifications in ISTQB and Salesforce Administration.I have completed my MBA degree from IMT Ghaziabad, with a focus on business analysis. This helps me to enhance my analytical, managerial, and communication skills, and to apply them to my current role. I have gained exposure to leading and managing a team of testers, as well as developing Salesforce applications for few Months.
