Ensured error free and timely transition of Inventory Solution for one of the largest Indian carrier by coordinating and resolving issues with internal teams ,testing the provided solution, providing daily updates to the clients& being the on-site implementation support. Assisted 2nd largest Indian carrier, with a network of 300 daily flights, in defining business strategies in Inventory Management. Analyzed the inventory practices of the 2nd largest Thai regional carrier to increase the system usage from 45% to 100%, thereby providing more control on the carrier's inventory throughout its network and achieving higher revenues.
