Complete all aspects of business planning and sales operations including budget preparation, headcount planning, sales forecasting and management reporting. Maintain relevant information systems (headcount planning, sales forecasting, etc.) ensuring high data quality and smooth running of key business processes. Interface with Finance, HR, other licence sales groups and LOBs. Ensure effective compensation planning for Application sales staff. Ensure practical implementation of Application business plan. Drive pipeline generation for Fusion Middleware products. This function is responsible for running the Operations of the designated Line of Business. Activities include planning, forecasting, business analysis and reporting, governance, supply chain management, compensation management, running special projects etc. Manage the process of exporting extensive data from relational databases and translating into sophisticated Excel reports using a variety of techniques (pivot/vlookup/basic statistical functions, etc.) Develops and maintains channel-centric and geography-based sales performance and operational performance models to support development of targets, demand generation campaigns and guide marketing investments. Monitor and analyze channel sell out trends by carrier, product and geography and behavior to identify enhancement and new business opportunities Prepare presentations and updates to senior management.
