I was part of the transition process which involved receiving the knowledge transfer from the onshore team and preparing the relevant documents such as the desktop procedures and other supporting documents before sign-off. Daily duties include preparing internal adjustments post bill generation, reviewing invoices which have been held back and providing justification, updating the process matrix whenever there are changes in the contract and finally supporting the SOX auditors with the requested information.
