As the primary HR consultant I was responsible for setting up and defining Synthes' entire HR program. Working with the leadership team I designed and developed HR policies, procedures across the entire business verticals. This included resource planning and sourcing strategies, compensation and benefits structures and general policy definition.

As part of the HR team, I was initially responsible for HR operations of the Delhi region. I then took on additional responsibilities for managing recruitment, developing sourcing relations and executing the 2003-2004 recruitment strategy for the Delhi and Kolkata region. In 2005, I took on the overall responsibility as the HR lead for North and East regions and was responsible for providing end to end HR services for these regions.

With adidas I was part of the HR team working with the HR head to support end to end HR processes - on-boarding, training and development, employee engagement and resource planning and sourcing.
