Workday Support:Responsible for handling L1/L2 tickets under Core HCM from ServiceNow ticketing tool.• Responsible in managing Supervisory organizations, Cost Centers, Company, Pay groups, and Job profiles.• Maintaining Business process and managing issues related to it.• Worked on issues related to Condition rules and Validation rules.• Maintaining Domain security Policies and Business process security policies and addressed issues related to it.• Maintaining security groups and worked on related issues and handled the role assignment for users.• Worked on Data discrepancy issues.• Workday Account creation and Password reset for Users.• Handling UI issues, Browser issues, and Navigation issues for new users.O365:• Responsible in the Migration of mailboxes from On-premises hybrid server to Cloud based server using Hybrid configuration wizard.• Pre and Post check Migration activities using PowerShell.• Incident and Service request management through ServiceNow tool• Creation, Deletion and Updating of User mailboxes as well as Distribution groups.
