She has over 5 year of experience in the development sector and currently working in Quest Alliance for Social Emotional Learning ( SEL) .SEL is a behavioral process through which one's can learn about self management , self awareness , time management , social awareness, relationship building, emotional resilience, responsible decision making, taking initiative, empathetic listener etc. by living with positive and fear free environment and practice together peer learning , experiential learning , activity based learning , team work , story telling , mindfulness , reflection and expression. She is developing all these essential life skills in adolescents through direct demonstration in class, capacity building of teachers, wardens and Principals in collaboration with block and district level officials so that students can empowered , overcome challenges , be resilient, reach their full potential and can learn , grow and chasing their dreams. ☺️
