 Understanding client’s operations and business requirements including consulting with the client on process improvement and alternative strategy. Defining scope of the project including status reporting, solution identification & implementation and conducting quality check of the application. Designing and executing test plans, UAT activity and gap analysis to ensure that business requirements and functional specifications are tested and fulfilled. Programming the questionnaire with a research tool called ConfirmIT.  Conducting manual testing of applications developed and using in built tool called RDG (random data generator) for virtual users. Suggesting clients various methods to improve their research.  Analyzing the data to check the logical flow of the questionnaire.Vendor Management In my current role as ConfirmIT lead scripter I am also involved in outsourcing studies to our vendors, analyze their quotes and then take a decision on choosing the right vendor. I also have the responsibility of generating the concerned invoices and ensure that the agreed costs have been charged. On top of it I am also responsible to ensure that the vendors deliveries are on time and within agreed quality standards. I am also involved in providing feedback and conducting quarterly vendor reviews along with my Director.
