CurrentIn my current role, I am responsible for establishing comprehensive project structures, furnishing essential data and reports, and executing efficient resource planning. I design and implement streamlined processes and workflows to enhance project's operational efficiency while also facilitating improved communication and collaboration within the team. I prepare Project related documentation (Project Plan, BRD, SOW etc.) Additionally, I lead project-related training initiatives and promote knowledge sharing across various teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
