Roles and Responsibilities: - Handling the End to End Complete Recruitment and selection process. Recruiting candidates for various positions for leading Global IT Companies. Proficient Experience on Sourcing profiles through various channels like Job Portals – Naukri, LinkedIn. Scheduling candidates for interviews and walk in drives at various locations and following up effectively to make sure for no shows. Follow up the candidates after scheduling and selections till joining. Uploading relevant profiles in client’s portal after discussion with candidates. Maintaining Database of all the profiles submitted to client and list of selected & Rejected candidates by clients. Briefing about the company policies, procedures and culture followed by the company. Follow-up with technical panel for interview feedback. Negotiating with the candidates on CTC part

Roles and Responsibilities- Understand the requirements of the clients and handling end to end recruitment for Senior professionals across Industries. Exploring and Sourcing candidates from various modes like: Portals-Naukri.com, Social Media, Networking etc. Hiring for Middle and senior level (Both IT and Non-IT profiles). Screening CVs of the candidates and matching requirements with the potential. Discussions with candidates and explain about the company profile and the job requirements. Schedule up the interview with the company and follow up until the interview is over. Take feedback from the candidates about the interview and also from the organization about the candidate. Prepare and share the daily report with the manager about the sourcing of the candidates.
