I ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, providing regular updates to stakeholders and business unit heads. Additionally, I deliver bi-weekly progress reports to the Global Talent Acquisition Head, outlining recruitment performance, challenges, and strategic adjustments.Key Responsibilities:Talent Attraction & Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring the hiring of top talent aligned with business goals.Employer Branding & Social Media Outreach: Enhance Juniper Networks' employer brand through strategic use of platforms like LinkedIn, promoting the company as a leader in networking and cloud solutions to attract high-quality candidates.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and provide regular progress updates.Behavioral Interviewing & Offer Negotiation: Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and lead job offer negotiations to secure top talent within market constraints.Passive Candidate Engagement & Market Research: Proactively source and engage passive candidates, utilising competitive intelligence to attract top professionals in a competitive landscape.Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of IT Infrastructure and Development professionals to meet future growth needs.
