 Day to day Coordination with Clients related to new requirements, interview Schedules, Short listings, Joining formalities etc.  To understand client’s requirement related to various vacant position in particular department Job posting on job portals according to job description & job specification  Managing Add response in proper manner for finding suitable candidate Searching suitable Candidates resumes from job portals & reference  Shortlist CVs/candidates on the basis of telephonic interview Sending short listed CV’s to the client with proper formatting  Proper Follow-up with Clients related to CV’s mailed. Communicate interview schedule to the candidates after CV,s shortlisted by Clients’ end. Regular Follow up with candidates for interview  Maintaining proper records of interview schedule in interview sheet Follow up with Clients and Candidates for proper feedback after interview Proper follow-ups with the candidates till joining formalities Maintain proper records of selected candidates related to salary offered, joining date etc.  Proper coordination and Daily Reporting to Manager
