BBH and PB are manufacturer of document handling machines.Responsible for design and develop software, using VB6, VB.Net, C, VC++,VC# for Windows NT, Windows XP, MSDOS and Linux. Used MS access97/2000, SQL2000, SQL2005, Windows forms, MFC and STL.; One example of software projects I have worked on is to create GUI's using VC++ Windows's forms enabling the users to run machine (machine control software) and collect the data from machine in a SQL 2005, finally use the data to produce reports for the user. I was responsible for importing and maintaining the database for the sorting machines. Organised postal data from CSV or text format and converted to Acess2000 and SQL2000 tables. Operating system used are MSDOS, Linux, Windows 2000, Windows NT and Windows XP.Conducted site visits for software installation and involved in the acceptance testing. I was also involved in trouble shooting hardware and software. Therefore travel to customer sites all over UK and Europe was required. Bowe Systec Bowe Systec is manufacturers of document handling machines.Responsible for PC & Laptop support, installing software, fixing PC & Laptop hardware and some network support was also involved. Estate Agency, Hays Provide Consultancy service for software and hardware. Responsible for installing software, fixing hardware, software problems and provide some network support.

Cristie electronics is manufacturers of backup hardware and software. Responsible for developing backup software and in C language under OS2 and latest operating system releases. There were six software developers in the team. Liaising with customers and sales team. Developed backup software on MSDOS and OS2 on IBM compatible computers.

Preview data system is suppliers for printers, View data terminal and PC's. There were two other engineers in the development team. My task was to develop software for printers, PC's and view data terminal. Enabling users to print graphics on various printers and allow the terminal and computers to communicate via dial-up modems on telephone lines. Developed software using Basic, Pascal, C, Z80, M68000 assemblers. All development was carried out On MSDOS operating system. Communication with suppliers, customers and sales teams.

Pro-bel is manufacturer of signal routers and switches for broadcasting industry. Member of a team of six system software developers. Designed and developed software for EEPROM programmer using C language and Z80 processor. The purpose of this was to download code in different formats for example binary, hex and Tectonics. Responsible for designing digital electronics and implemented the software modules for the protocols for downloading and uploading the data. Enabled the signal routers to download and upload run code and data.
