- Served as a technical adviser to Kuala Lumpur City Hall and played a pivotal role in the implementation of the UKAID Climate ActionImplementation Programme, a comprehensive initiative funded by the United Kingdom’s Foreign, Commonwealth and DevelopmentOffice (FCDO).- Collaborated closely with Kuala Lumpur City Hall departments and stakeholders to design and implement high-impact climate actions in the energy and buildings sector based on the Kuala Lumpur Climate Action Plan 2050 (KLCAP2050).- Worked closely with a consultant to develop a baseline study and analysis on the energy and building landscape of Kuala Lumpur.- Developed the city-wide greenhouse gas inventory of Kuala Lumpur.- Provided technical guidance on the development of a mandatory low-carbon building checklist to improve the energy performance of new and existing buildings in Kuala Lumpur. - Developed a strategic framework to mainstream climate action in Kuala Lumpur by integrating climate considerations into various domains of governance, capacity building, climate finance, greenhouse gas inventory, communication, education, and public awareness.

Putrajaya

- Managed the policy component of the Green Technology Application for the Development of Low Carbon Cities (GTALCC) project for the Ministry of Environment and Water. - Orchestrated strategic collaborations with local authorities across five prominent Malaysian cities - Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Petaling Jaya, Hang Tuah Jaya, and Iskandar Malaysia to facilitate the seamless integration of climate action strategies with urban planning efforts.- Formulated the National Low Carbon Cities Masterplan and the Low Carbon Island Model.- Collaborated effectively with a consulting team to conceptualize and implement a cutting-edge online greenhouse gas emission reporting system at the city level, reinforcing data-driven decision-making in the pursuit of net-zero emission ambitions.- Worked closely with a consultant to develop a study to determine the greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction based on the estimation of modal share and average distance traveled by passengers on the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Kajang Line. - Exhibited proficiency in imparting knowledge by conducting comprehensive training workshops for diverse stakeholders.
