•Designed, managed, and delivered energy conservation programs for electric and gas utilities across Ontario and the United States.•Evaluated different types of energy efficiency technologies to determine energy savings, GHG impact, feasibility and return on investment.•Performed data analysis to determine crucial trends observed in energy efficiency technology adaption in various energy efficiency program.•Conducted evaluation of energy efficiency program portfolio for electric utilities to provide program improvement recommendations.•Perform research, planning and analysis activities for utilities to provide actionable insights in the areas of GHG impacts of energy conservation programs, energy affordability, electrification, and load flexibility.
