Foodback is a rapidly growing scale-up in the food tech sector. Today, we provide world-leading customer experience and feedback management software for the food and beverage industry. Our survey engine is fast and fun for guests, and the data we collect is displayed in easy-to-use out-of-the-box dashboards.As a QA Engineer at Foodback, I make sure that we provide flawless technical experience for our Customers. In a small startup I've been lucky enough to be involved in and learned a lot from other tasks such as backlog management, bug prioritization, collaboration with the customer success team, and support for Jira service management. Key Responsible Areas: Designing the Use cases from the Business requirements Requirements gap analysis Practice Agile methodologies Generating detailed reports of the Bugs, Pass-Fail report Prepared detailed test plans, test scripts, test scenarios, test cases, and schedules based on requirements and design documents with project management Smoke Test on every Build Delivered releases with reduced customer defects by 80% over thereleases Participating in the Sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospective and dailystatus meetings that include requirement analysis meeting Developing and executing the regression test plan which needs to betested in the regression phase in a staging environment Providing peer reviews of test scripts and bug reporting using JIRA Developed SQL Queries to retrieve or create test data from DBeaver Work closely with Customer Success Team and prioritize the clientrequirements. Configuration work for customers Status reports of team Activities and QA progress.

Manual test Cases were created To Validate the Functionality. Test Scenario’s were created and executed to test Business Rules. Responsible for Tracking the Customer related issues and reproducing. Apart from QA I have also maid few mock ups for UX design.

My responsibilities in Mastek as follows Requirements gap analysis. Designing the Use cases form the Business requirements Designing of Test Plan and Traceability Matrix. Design, review and execute both Functional and Non Functional test cases for Billing and Claims Modules. Recorded and enhanced QTP Scripts Performed Data Validation and Data Integration for Back End Testing using SQL Queries. Involved in Integration of Billing and Claims. Involved in Regression testing on all the modules Policies, Billing and Claims Documented and reported bugs found during testing process Actively participated in QA team meetings and walkthroughs for weekly QA testing review meeting.
