Hi there! My name is Deepthi Reddy and I've been interested in managing businesses and holding leadership positions since my graduation from The University of Wales, Cardiff.One of my ultimate goals is to make a positive impact on the community by running a school for children with special needs that meets global standards. Currently, I am the Managing Director at Pioneer Holiday Resorts Limited, where I am leading the launch of our latest five-star hotel in Hyderabad where I intend to build a progressive, crafted and timeless eco-system of passionate hoteliers. In addition to my role at Pioneer, I also serve as a Non-Executive Director at Penna Cements Limited. Within the company, I play a role in the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, where I contribute to policy formulation. With over nine years of experience in business administration and power projects, I am confident in my ability to succeed in any challenge that comes my way.
