Responsible for managing a broad spectrum of HR services, programs and functions. Leading a team of 4 members, acting as a Sr. Business HR Lead for the Engineering Services Unit which has 3500 associates spread across locations both at offshore and onsiteSr. Business HR Partner• Manage human resources policies and programs. • Provide a high quality and proactive service to both internal and external customers, meeting both corporate and statutory requirements, encompassing all aspects of employee relations, employee development and reward. • Work closely with the business team, in the development of a performance driven culture that encourages individual ownership of results and employee development. • Ensure that the unit remains fully compliant with local employment law and practices, and that these practices are implemented consistently. • Implement Associate engagement activities at unit level to improve the satisfaction levels and ensure regular two-way feedback is undertaken with employees. • Contribute to the performance management cycle for the unit through training on goal setting, feedback sharing process and Promotion assessments• Monitor the Rewards & Recognition process at the unit level. Track and ensure that the utilization is as per the corporate norms• Ensure attendance and attrition is effectively managed and reviewed at business level, with remedial actions taken where necessary. • Contribute fully to the business planning process and ensure Human Resources Strategy is aligned to business goals. • Manage, coach and develop HR team members and serve as a mentor to other HR professionals.

Business Partner HR - Handling the entire gamut of HR for SBU’s and Corporate Functions, responsible for• Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Offer negotiation, Joining and Induction of all levels ( Trainee to CEO)• Designing and renewing HR policies time to time• Organizing various communication forums for employee interaction with CEO• Organizing Town Hall Meetings and thereby contributing to culture building• Planning and executing PMS process• Responsible for Critical position identification and Succession & Career Planning of key people• Responsible for resource deployment• Responsible for planning & executing Campus recruitments• Head Hunting for Senior Level Positions for Group Companies• Responsible Compensation & Benefits revision and benchmarking• Conducting outbound trainings• Exit Management and counseling • HR Metrics & Reporting
