I am currently the Site Manager, Global IT at DSV, a leading global transport and logistics company. I have over 1 years of experience in managing human resources, operations, and finance for DSV's Global IT office in New Delhi, India.In my role, I help to transform the organization into a modern, productive, and inclusive workspace, by overseeing the recruitment, retention, development, and engagement of the IT staff. I also ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office, by managing the budget, contracts, vendors, and facilities. I leverage my skills in human resources, business administration, and team management to support the strategic goals and vision of DSV.
