The choices we make and the way we carry ourselves have a ripple effect that extends far beyond our immediate surroundings. As an educator, I have spent over 22 years deeply reflecting on this responsibility, recognizing that the true impact of my work stems from my state of being—whether I'm in the classroom or engaging with fellow educators.Throughout my career, I've dedicated myself to transforming educational landscapes, leading with a focus on school transformation, leadership coaching, and the development of socio-emotional and employability skills. My journey has taken me through diverse roles, where I've had the privilege of leading curriculum development, mentoring school leaders, and implementing pedagogical strategies that nurture inclusive, student-centered learning environments.Currently, I am the Head of Curriculum and Training at Aravali Eduworld, where I guide educational strategy, mentor leadership teams, and oversee teacher training programs across four K-12 schools. My work is deeply rooted in promoting experiential learning, holistic development, and the integration of social issues into classroom teaching. My previous roles at Learning Links Foundation and Pravah have been instrumental in shaping my approach to education.Beyond my primary roles, I am a collaborator @Learning Designers community—a global network committed to advancing learning design across diverse sectors and geographies. In this space, I facilitate training sessions and Learning Dialogues, contributing to a vibrant exchange of innovative ideas, collaboration, and best practices that drive impactful learning initiatives.With a rich foundation of experience across non-profits, schools, and direct engagement with thousands of educators across India, I am passionate about driving systemic change.
