Technical Support Engineer
Current• Developer support engineer role.• Helping Azure Communication Services (ACS) customers to effectively develop, debug and use ACS REST APIs and client SDK libraries for adding communication to their applications: Email, Chat, Calling, Voice & Video, WhatsApp integration.• Troubleshoot and advocate for consumption of our cool Azure Video Indexer product.• Work with engineering team spread across regions to fix issues of customer environments and help answer queries on the products.
