• Management of the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources.• Identification of manpower requirements through development of a skills database for articulating the skills requirements and gap analysis• Plan human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional areas.• Conduct interviews for selection of best candidates and post-selection Induction of new recruits.• To facilitate / support the development of the Team member• To facilitate development of staff with special focus on LineManagement• To recommend and ensure implementation of Strategic directions for peopledevelopment within the organization.• Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequateopportunities for career growth and development.• Administer all employee benefit programs with conjunction with the Finance andAdministration department.• Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with thecompany's policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.• Oversee the central HR Administration –a. Employee offer lettersb. Salary letters and employment contracts.c. Approve updated organizational charts on a monthly basis and maintain the samed. Complete/accurate personnel records.• Co-ordinate the design, implementation and administration of human resourcepolicies and activities to ensure the availability and effective utilization of human resources for meetingthe company's objectives.• Responsible for Corporate HR function.• Responsible for overall centralized HR admin function.• Counseling and Guidance cell - provide support to Managers in case ofdisciplinary issues
