Skillbox.ru - one of largest Russia’s EDTech companies. As head of PMO I was responsible for everything related to Delivery cycle. I have managed a team of 12 project managers and business analysts. Together with we have fixed numerous problems within the Delivery teams - have started proper agile (scrum) processes, started to measure development metrics etc.

Launhched or supported several services within Auto.ru (for example - spare parts classified and marketplace.)Also - launched "Auto.ru Finance" service - together with Tinkoff Bank we have created a product for financing individuals customers for buying card from other individual sellers ("кредитование частных покупателей на покупки у частников"). At that time this was first product in it's category on Russian market.

As head of Project Management office me and my team did several exciting things both in Front- and Back- office. Launched Marketplace (now it should grow to double-digits in all company revenue share). Did several phases of Warehouse Automation, several stages of site redesigns and so on. Assembled really good team of project managers and analysts and altogether did lots of stuff to make Lamoda even better.

Relaunch (redesign etc.) content service travel.mail.ru and launch of air tickets service avia.mail.ru . Did everything there as Product and Project manager - from managing developers to content policy (together with Chief Editor) and traffic.

Two years of Yandex.Music, one year of Yandex.Fotki and Yandex.Video.I was project/produt manager in these products and I was managing almost everything (development, product plan etc.) in these projects.My biggest project in Yandex is Yandex.Music - free online streaming music service. This service is (and sure was) the #1 in legal streaming services in Russia. I managed development of this project from scratch - starting from music player on serp page (http://clck.ru/0xQe9 , might not work outcide CIS due to licensing) to standalone music service - http://music.yandex.ru. After I left to Ostrovok the service lived almost 3 years with mine design and concept.

Software Development department management. Department's main achievements are: development and implementation of software solutions - HR management, accounting, management reporting, business processes support, intranet, service desk system. All the applications developed are broadly used within the whole company. Managing 25 employees - developers, testers, technical writers (full software development cycle).Under my supervision the department implemented software development processes, release management, quality assurance management, user support processes.Also acted ad Head of IT department, and took direct participation in building of the Service Desk department.Main accountabilities* Leader of the Solutions Development Department* Planning and implementation fo IT strategy and tactics related to the Software Development* Department budgeting* Member of Project Review Board and Process Management steering committee.

Participated in the development of Baikonur Application Server. Worked as developer on billing project for Rostelecom. Build a online games (please note - browser games in 2001 year) portal for WebTV users - this site was one of the top sites for this set-top-box at that time.
