Responsible for managing the enterprise infrastructure, desktop, server and networking teams at CCMH. The hospital authority consists of the main hospital (283 beds), Lawton Community Health Center, McMahon-Tomlinson Nursing Home, Med-Equip, and Memorial Medical Group (outpatient services). We have over 25 remote clinics to support in various rural settings. CCMH is excited to be working with eClinicalWorks to build a new inpatient EMR product. My team will be deeply involved in configuring proper load balancing and bandwidth, backups, disaster recovery, and downtime efforts for clinical personnel. Current projects include: the expansion of the Emergency Department, which will effectively double our existing space; Expansion of our VDI infrastructure; ensuring PCI compliance; re-evaluating our security stance. Recently given the opportunity to take over as the process improvement coordinator for the organization. Currently working on an Ortho Value Stream, a A3 process over antibiotic stewardship and implementing data walls in every department throughout the hospital.
