I am a reliable professional with a Master's of Arts Management focused on Organizational Management. I seek to secure a job in business management in a progressive organization that desires to hire a detailed oriented worker with a proven track record in coordinating small- and large-scale projects. I have extensive leadership and community-building experience due to working in the healthcare industry and holding a seat on the board of an international nonprofit agency that alleviates injustices against children. As a Vice President board member of I Can Fly International, I have led and assisted the founder, president, and employees (stateside and internationally) in the following capacities: strategic planning, collaboration with staff overseas, strategic allocation of funds, technology procurement/implementation, employee retention, as well as, help build community relationships.I am currently an operations project coordinator for a staffing agency based out of Northern California, working with a diverse group of professionals in a matrix structure. I collaborate on several projects, from Compliance CA COVID pay to the Bullhorn software integration project as a superuser, UAT, and training facilitator. I also lead a team of individuals from across different departments in the organization to address their performance review objectives conjointly with professional and personal development. Craft policies and procedures, and review and update SOPs. With over a decade of business and leadership experience acquired from international and domestic volunteerism positions while living abroad, I am adaptable to change and work great independently. Outside of work, I am an adventurous traveler. With over several countries and states traveled and counting - and an avid lover of all things strategic and motivational. I have completed my Mental Health Coaching Certification First Responder Training: Foundations of Mental Health Coaching, and I am working on my Mental Health Coaching Skills and Mental and Behavioral Health Disorders Certification. I plan to complete my Executive and Organizational Coaching and Stress Management Certification by the end of the year. I am a lifelong learner with an entrepreneurial drive who likes meeting new people and helping when and where I can.
