Leveraging my loan expertise, existing relationships, and industry networking skills, I scaled this business to handle $2B+ in A+ paper mortgages across 3 office locations with major operating partners, and serving retail and wholesale clients. ➸ Utilized proprietary funds in addition to warehouse lines to capture additional interest, eliminate bank fees, and maintained a strict focus on A paper loans.➸ Built a lean, mean 35-person team comprising underwriters, servicers, secondary market managers, and business development and closing teams that handled the workload of teams double in size. Nurtured professional partnerships with major firms and agents generating high-volume leads.➸ Negotiated contracts with industry partners including institutional investors (Chase, Taylor Bean & Whitaker, Citibank, Countrywide, Wells Fargo, and others), warehousing facilities and major government agencies (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA).➸ Drove a YOY increase over 10 years, growing the warehouse lines of credit from $1M to $75M and closing $800M in business in 2007 alone.
