I help engaged couples to set up and populate their gift registries at Macy's. I assist guests in making purchases from active registries and assist married couples in completing their registries. I also network at bridal fairs, etc. Create and coordinate events to recruit new registrants, encourage current registrants to increase the value of their registries and encourage former registrants to complete their registries. Train new employess of the Home Store, greet and assist customers.

In the Agape-After Care Program, taught life skills classes to women ages 18-25 who had aged out of the foster care system. Coordinated guest speakers, assisted clients with identifying needs for their families and accessing community resources. Created and maintained treatment plans and case files. Case management. Solicited and distributed donations from private and corporate donors. Assisted in managing agency Project Based Section 8 Housing.
