As a Client Service Specialist, it is my job to support the payroll and timekeeping functions at the branch level for a staffing firm. I coordinate and manage payrolled employees' timekeeping and time approval, manage payroll hours and ensure compliance with state and federal payroll laws. I also provide administrative support for payrolled employees including, but not limited to, providing verification of employment, sending pay stubs, data entry into applicant tracking system, expense reports, and purchase order reporting. In this role, I also manage payrolled staffing requisitions and coordinate transitions to full time status and counsel payrolled employees and impose disciplinary action, including termination, as appropriate. I coordinate communications between Secure Talent, Clients HR department and client supervisors/managers. I produce and audit client invoices for accuracy and ensure timely delivery to clients; develop appropriate reports as requested by Clients; conduct exit interviews with payrolled employees as appropriate; conduct general quality control checks with client and payrolled employees, and document activities in Secure Talents CRM system.
