Lead and manage the strategic direction of the NSBE chapter, overseeing all programs, initiatives, and events that support the academic, professional, and personal development of Black engineers and STEM students.Collaborate with college administration, faculty, and industry partners to secure resources and opportunities for NSBE members.Mentor and guide 15+ chapter members, fostering a supportive community focused on academic excellence, leadership, and professionalDevelop relations with corporations, securing sponsorships and internships that align with NSBE’s mission of increasing the number of culturally responsible Black engineers.

Co-lead and plan weekly meetings at DVC attended by 20-50 students dedicated to improving members' communication skills and fostering a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.During term seen a 50% increase in our social media following, significantly boosting our online presence and community engagement.
