Currently leading a team of 10+ employees, responsible for interviewing, recruiting, training, directing and evaluating workforce across operations and financial products. Driving a team to generate sales, promoting products and services to new and existing clients including ongoing liaison with TD Ameritrade, our brokerage arm that offers an electronic trading platform for the trade of financial assets including common stocks, preferred stocks, futures contracts, exchange-traded funds, forex, options, mutual funds, fixed income investments, margin lending, and cash management. Also responsible for developing strategies and operational logistics to plan and execute new programs, activities and campaigns, structuring operating plans, creating and managing long/short-term goals with competing priorities and varying deadlines.
