Currently supporting the experienced recruiting team across North America within Morgan Stanley's Institutional Securities GroupMorgan Stanley's Institutional Securities business seeks to provide corporate, sovereign, investor and other institutional clients globally with best-in-class products and services. Our Investment Banking Franchise leads landmark transactions with financial advisory, equity and debt underwriting, and financing services. In our Equities, Fixed Income and Commodities businesses, we provide sales, trading, research, content and technology to a broad spectrum of clients.

Currently leading a team of 10+ employees, responsible for interviewing, recruiting, training, directing and evaluating workforce across operations and financial products. Driving a team to generate sales, promoting products and services to new and existing clients including ongoing liaison with TD Ameritrade, our brokerage arm that offers an electronic trading platform for the trade of financial assets including common stocks, preferred stocks, futures contracts, exchange-traded funds, forex, options, mutual funds, fixed income investments, margin lending, and cash management. Also responsible for developing strategies and operational logistics to plan and execute new programs, activities and campaigns, structuring operating plans, creating and managing long/short-term goals with competing priorities and varying deadlines.

Responsible for consumer checking, installment loans, personal mortgages and consumer debit and credit solutions and driving high quality services and cross-servicing recommendations across our Wealth Management and Commercial Banking counterparts. Managing key operations, overseeing new client onboarding process, managing and counseling new and existing accounts overseeing end-to-end transactions and performing governance and audits.
