Treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including Orthopaedics injuries.We also conduct a large amount of pre-employment screenings for various companies that work within the region. Case loads can include on site ergonomic assessments in order to advise better equipment or more efficient set up of equipment to minimise injury or pain.

Here I gained experienced teaching both floor and reformer based pilates. This was both in larger group settings 7-12 people or an individual tailor based program. I also had a musculoskeletal case load of great variety. I gained experience working with adolescences and youths who were excelling at their sport.

Attended weekly training camps. Assessed injuries and referred to relevant sources or rehab the individual back to full health.
