∙ Work with admissions team on account updates as students progress through enrollment ∙ Work with graduates to address any issues or concerns ∙ Partner with the development team to handle account issues for students. ∙ Track tuition and assist the finance team with collect, and reporting all past due tuition ∙ Partner with the instruction team to access student progress and address out of scope concerns ∙ Assist with retaining, and mitigating "at risk" students by working closely all departments ∙ Manage inquiries regarding payment plans, financial questions, skillfunds, etc. ∙ Responsible to work with compliance to confirm student eligibility for refunds based on compliance, and any additional compliance issues ∙ Coordinate with all internal partners on confirming tuition collection, adjusted payment plans, refunds/drops, third party payments, etc. ∙ Track and follow up on all student issues and concerns, involving appropriate parties ∙ Provide weekly updates based on your progress and work (daily as needed) ∙ Maintain high level understand Coding Dojo policies and long-term implications of student processes
