NotuBiz is a company that strives to make the political process more organised and transparent. As a team coordinator, my responsibilities consisted of supervising and assisting part-time employees; ensuring that daily and monthly targets were achieved on time; carrying out performance evaluations and job interviews; and contribute to daily and weekly meetings with other departments within the company. As a team coordinator, I developed my leadership skills and teamwork abilities, including strong communication and interpersonal skills. Furthermore, I improved my skills in providing feedback and I also developed problem-solving skills as I was faced with issues on a daily basis (e.g. concerning pressing deadlines, sick employees, technical problems).

In order to make the political decision making process more efficient, NotuBiz offers an indexation service to municipalities. Upon buying this service, NotuBiz indexes the city council meetings so that information, statements, amendments, decisions, and other matters discussed in the meetings can be easily retraced. As a publisher, I checked other people's indexations and made corrections where necessary. I provided feedback in a constructive manner and published the audio and video files online of the city council meetings online.In this function, I further developed my skills in working accurately as it was important that the audio files and the indexations were published without any mistakes. Furthermore, I learned how to provide constructive feedback to my peers.

As an indexer, I made indexations of audio files of city council meetings. I would play the audio file and make an indexation whenever a city council member spoke, noting the subject, the length, and the contents of his/her comments. As part of my job, I had to follow the instructions and wishes of the client and work in an accurate and disciplined manner in order to deliver high-quality products. As a result, I learned to work with great attention to detail as the job required precision and patience.
