Current•Facilitate timely scheduling of site surveys by effectively communicating with clients and homeowners• Coordinate and relocate technicians to complete jobs outside of their service radius. • Tracking and fixing automation errors to ensure the database is up to date to avoid delays.Communicate with clients efficiently and effectively across platforms email, Slack, and CRMs such as SalesForce & Pipedrive IT Liaison January 2024. •Responsible for liaising between the scheduling team and IT team to flag issues with various software tools•Compiling information from the team and sharing it with IT for support.•Learning how to perform testing for the Planner for new features, setting up new clients, etc
