As a second-year student at the University of Utah and remotely working as a Customer Specialist Senior at Schneider Logistics, Inc., it is evident I flourish when I have multiple tasks at hand. As the pioneer of Schneider's High School Apprenticeship program, I am distinguished within the company. I am currently in my second position at Schneider as a means of fulfilling my goal of gaining widespread experience in numerous different departments of the company. My current position entails problem-solving, shipment planning, customer service, consolidations, and collaboration with other employees.I am incredibly passionate about social justice and have extensive volunteer experience. Throughout my 4 years of high school at Notre Dame de la Baie Academy in Green Bay, WI, I achieved 385 service hours. I was also the president of the school's largest club, known as the ASTRA Service Club. In addition, I was also president of our Environmental Club. My passion for volunteering has been shown in the greatest aspect through the fundraiser I created in October 2020 called ‘Long Johns for St. John's’. The purpose of this fundraiser was to collect winter gear donations for the guests of St. John's Ministries' Homeless Shelter in Green Bay, WI. Over the three fundraising winter seasons, Long Johns for St. John's collected over 4,500 donations and over $8,000 for the purchase of new winter gear items for the homeless guests. I am very extroverted, so collaborating with customers and teamwork are two of my top strengths. In addition, I am confident in my public speaking abilities, most notably developed by my privilege of representing Long Johns for St. John's in five televised news interviews and over twenty online or print articles.
