I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a minor in Political Science. Right now, I am serving with Americorps NCCC FEMA Corps. This is a 10-month full-time program to develop skills within emergency management and disaster preparedness. I am currently deployed to Hickory, NC to support disaster response efforts after Hurricane Helene.I am pursuing a career in public service relating to emergency management which combines my environmental background with my passion for helping others.I also have experience in fundraising and recruitment through Children's Miracle Network Dance Marathons, childcare services through Ducklings Early Learning Center, and youth environmental education through the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy.
