WinShape Camps for Communities exists to "provide an unprecedented day camp experience for campers that have completed grades K-8." As a Team Time Leader, I worked for eleven weeks as a counselor for first and second graders. I traveled with a team of twenty-eight college students and created a day camp experience for students in a new community each week. Since WinShape Camps is a subsidiary of Chick-fil-A, I learned the value of exceptional service and going the extra mile in every regard.
