My role as part of the delivery Team, is to deliver multi-vendor SAM services to our customers. These services include ELP's, and also preparing low-cost sourcing options and strategies to maximize ROI on software spend.

Currently working as the engagement manager for Software Asset Management focusing on providing software licensing services and to help drive license optimization and compliance for top tier commercial and public sector businesses based on their Microsoft technology adoption, business requirements and their IT roadmap.

• Overlook and maintain and control compliance throughout Compugen
• Execute audit and compliance activities based on an annual audit and compliance plan, focusing on high risk areas
• Managing the statement of work, SAM deliveries for clients, meeting exceptionally tight delivery schedules
• Assisting with customer’s SAM assessments and gap analysis (including but not limited to audit, compliancy, SAM readiness, SAM maturity, licensing entitlement)
• Develop 'a Project Management - like approach' in working with the various internal teams
• Post-audit review and effective exception tracking and control, which includes plans to implement recommended improvements

My goal is to assist Microsoft customers and partners to manage their licensing assets, from the point of purchase through to deployment, upgrades and retirement.* Managed and assisted clients in employing proper information systems software, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk.* Communicated to the audit team on the client's.

* Analyze and evaluate the software requirements for customers and then determine the appropriate licensing solution.* Liaising with account teams to arrange new business calls and position the benefits of licensing software, In the case of existing business – to ensure the client gets maximum benefits from their Licensing Agreement and renewals are taken.

* Reported to the Organizational Director Sales & Marketing. Consultancy and pre-sales. Responsible for training in technical and marketing subjects to Partner’s and Customers sales consultants and engineers. * Increase of the knowledge of the solutions and Sun's products and solutions with the implementation of a training plan to the distributors’.
