I provided the primary administrative support to our team of executives at the eScreen, Inc. headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri. I was responsible for the planning and execution of all company-wide events, including our annual holiday party. I also coordinated all director and executive level meetings and events including room preparation, agenda preparation, hotel reservations, entertainment and meals. I worked closely with our HR team on employee concerns and suggestions. The largest project I assisted on in my tenure at eScreen was providing the main administrative support for moving our corporate headquarters from Overland Park, Kansas to Kansas City, Missouri.

I was promoted from an Administrative Assistant III to a Program Assistant I in the Dean's Office of the College of Engineering and Applied Science. My duties remained the same, but there was an increased focus on the student services aspect as well as alumni outreach.

I was the Administrative Assistant to the Dean in the College of Engineering and Applied Science. My job supported three main areas: general activities, college support, and student support services. I performed the day to day operations of the Dean's office, which included scheduling appointments, providing customer/student service, and processing hiring paperwork and time sheets for student employees as well as all faculty/staff paid under the Dean's office. I also helped plan and execute company visits to our college. For student support, I planned the events for our engineering students as well as events for our college, such as our annual EAS Awards banquet. I was the P.I. on a grant from the NSF, called the Colorado Alliance for Minority Participation (CO-AMP). I also administered the Balsells Mobility/Balsells Graduate Fellowship Program through our college. This scholarship program is designed to recruit top students from Barcelona and have them complete a 3 month project on our campus. My duties in regards to this program included recruiting the students, processing their applications, deciding on appropriate housing, and working with Admissions and Records, the International Student Office and the Scholarship Office to process all payments. I was the main contact for any issues that students faced, which ranged from meal plans to class registration.

I was the Graduate Assistant for Student Life and Leadership which had over 200 clubs and organizations. On a daily basis, I provided direct customer service to clubs and organizations and helped them develop their leadership skills in a positive learning environment. I also processed club financial information and ensured that clubs followed financial policies set by the CU financial system. I was in charge of allocating funds of four Professional Staff Members, compiling large data sets in Microsoft Excel for higher-up administration at UCCS, and working with the Student Government Association and the Office of Student Activities.

As a Building Manager at UCCS I was in charge of the maintenance of three buildings on campus, as well as direct supervisor of student staff while Professional Staff were unavailable. I also was responsible for cash handling in our building and maintaining a positive student environment.
