I may be Human Resource Leader, but boy do I love operational side of the business!I am a critical thinker and think there is value added to have a passion for the operations side of the business. In order to hire the right candidate, I need to understand business needs, trends, and problems. This comes from being curious and open to being trained in areas that are not human resource and utilizing those skills and metrics to create a new method to hiring the ideal candidate. I like to understand the business so I can help the business (I also just love learning everything). Once I establish the problem or the need, I get into creative mode! I LOVE creating new forms or methods to execute my plans and strategies or to assist my managers to execute their plans. My managers and peers come to me for solutions to their problems because my solutions are the best! I am a supporter. I am a partner. I am a resource. In the end, I am team-oriented leader, this is why I call human resources my home. I enjoy meeting new people, hiring new team members, and assisting my team. Accountability is my strength and as a human resource leader, I help drive accountability with my leaders, peers, and team. Positive team culture and morale is needed for a business to succeed and I want to be a leader than can drive that.
