I assisted in opening a new Target store during my time as a Consumables Team Leader. . I helped organized the mass hiring process which included interviews and setting up training schedules. I helped set up the store and continue to lead the consumables team in freshness, instocks, and brand. I helped train, create new processes, and led inventory for my area.

Led a team that promoted electronic, toy, sporting goods, and stationary sales. I on-boarding a whole new team to execute my standards of the ideal team member. I personally trained my team on sales, scanning for instocks, pulling merchandise to fill the floor, setting planograms, and backstocking excess merchandise. This end to end team member is the standard for today's Target team member, but I expected this knowledge and skills from my team before this became the standard.

As a Salesfloor Team Leader, I led a department that saw an increase in sales. I ensured in stocks were maintained and presentation remained brand. I monitored sales and promoted sales to target bottom performing areas and/or trends.

During my time as Guest Service Team Leader, I won my district's Rookie of The Year award. I have met my goals for Redcard attainment and service. I interview candidates and helped develop several team members into other areas of the store and into leadership position. I was a partner to Assets Protection to ensure the reduction of shortage and the proper training of team members for the defecting out process. I was a district trainer during my time as Guest Service Team Leader.
