As the Operations & Social Impact Manager at National Theatre Wales, my role is to manage the execution of key operational initiatives supporting NTW's ambitious three-year artistic project programme in Wales and beyond, aligned with our 22-25 Strategic Plan. I collaborate across departments to optimise operational processes, develop compliance, and enhance governance while working with data and impact communications to demonstrate our social impact internally and externally. Additionally, I oversee a variety of responsibilities, including operational project planning, data analysis, and creative communication, to align and connect all aspects of NTW's work. In this position, I work closely with the Executive Director, Director of Audiences and Director of Collaboration to ensure that NTW continues to evolve and make a lasting impact in the arts and theatre sector. I also provide oversight and management for our Operations Coordinator and Artistic & Corporate Coordinator.

U-jazdowski Centre of Contemporary Arts in Warsaw- International placement funded by the British Council & Weston Jerwood Creative Bursaries Programme- Supported the Educational activities (ages 3+) of the Arts Centre, delivered audience tours of exhibitions and contributed to the Summer/Autumn artistic outputs.
