Associate Project Manager Specialist

In this position I troubleshoot and service a wide array of digital copy machines. I also set-up and network customer workstations. I have to keep track of my own parts inventory and be responsible for my own work flow and schedule.

As an agency relations specialist my principal responsibility is to establish and maintain high quality relationships between my company and the tax collection community. This is important to promote accurate and timely exchange of information for the benefit of my customers and their homeowners. Represented the company at all applicable tax agency.

As a team lead in Outsourcing, responsible for overseeing the workflow for the tax processing of loans from nine states. This consisted of pulling and compiling reports, distributing assignments, providing training and guidance to processors, and assuming the team’s management during supervisor’s absence. Helped to ensure that the team was performing.
