My name is Delme Thomas and eClick is my corporate persona. Living in Johannesburg has allowed me to work with some great photographers and clients alike.Photography is one of my callings, my current pseudo profession, which I combine with a strong shot of business sense and a smattering of design. Photography will be the thing that will undoubtedly drive me insane someday, have you seen the price of equipment lately?I don’t photograph subjects. I photograph the way they make me feel. Admittedly, it’s a bit of a strange concept. But it’s honest – and it’s the best way to describe my approach to the craft. I wrestle with every image I shoot. I assume perfection is possible and I want to bring the best out of every picture.Every picture has a story and it is my job to capture your story. My goal is to capture those special moments of you, as a fond memory of that frozen instant in your life.Eliciting emotion from my images is what it is all about for me. When someone looks at one of my images, they are able to relate to it and express emotion toward what they are seeing.The images that I take are a representation of who you are, and I try and capture that essence in each frame.My conversations with light are about your story that is being captured before you, the client, and me the photographer.Over the last seven years I have worked with big and small clients across a vast array of photographic disciplines, each time exceeding their expectations. nSquared was formed late last year between best friend and fellow photographer James Gradidge. For the better part of 2011 we had been shooting all the major boxing events in South Africa under the banner of both Golden Gloves and African Ring, and decided to become the premier boxing photographers in South Africa.We expanded our network of people we shoot for to include Branco Productions and Show Pony Promotions which allows us the opportunity to shoot all the events.We started nSquared which specializes in selling high end prints of all the boxing action. We specialize in offering extreme and cutting edge camera angles as well as a diverse range of services including setting up studios at the events and roaming photographers shooting supporters with their favorite celebrates.In a short period of time we have established a huge following on the boxing fraternity and have included shooting White Collar boxing events into our portfolio.Our images have been widely published in boxing magazines and include numerous front and center page spreads. We have also been published internationally and support he local journalists for articles in the newspaper.We have also formed alliances with local community projects, donating our time and images in the plight of the under privileged and assisting the sponsors to get the necessary publicity.
